ELECTIVES DUTIES
Each rank within the NCA has a different duty to another.
The duties belonging to your rank depend on how high you are within the National Crime Agency.
Every department will have the same duty, except the Board of Directors+, in which you are set a different duty depending on your rank. Each means something different.
Cardinal Command (1iC):
Principal Commissioners - The P.C are the creators of Central Intelligence. They will oversee on-going actions and changes within CI. They will also communicate with the Cardinal Command to ensure everything within the agency is running smoothly.
Principal Executive Chief- The P.E.C is responsible for the on-going actions of the agency, this includes ensuring that the Founding Cabinet is capable of their daily duties. The Founding Director is to also oversee the staff changes throughout the Federal Police and ensure that they are the best changes going into the future.
Lower Cardinal Command - The Foundation is responsible for making the Policies and ensuring that they are enforced throughout the Federal Police. They are also responsible for the Education of Recruits, Security Troopers and Instructors runs smoothly and ensures that they are fully knowledgeable in the role they are in. They are also responsible for several things within the Federal Police, he/she is responsible for overseeing Transfers, External Affairs and Events. This is to ensure everything is running smoothly and that everyone is treated fairly throughout the Federal Police. However they are not responsible for Internal Affairs. Similarly, the Foundation will be responsible responsible for maintaining the Headquarters of the Federal Police, he/she is to ensure that people who contain Room Rights follow the procedures of warning, kicking and banning another Habbo user. He/She is to also ensure the base has a stable and reasonable population throughout the day.
NOTE: All tasks will be spread out accordingly among all members of the Foundation.
Advisor to the Board - The Advidor to the Cabinet is there to assist the Founding Cabinet with any of their daily duties or just to assist them in general throughout the base. This role is demanding as you are responsible for assisting the whole Founding Cabinet when needed.
Presidential Cabinet & Representatives (1iC):
Founding Representatives - The Founding Representatives are there to act as a Founding Cabinet member when their senior is not around or is on a Leave of Absence. They are to main a professional standard when in base.
President of FP - The President of the Federal Police is one of the hardest roles to obtain. Their job is to ensure everyone within the Federal Police is doing their job correctly. Presidential Cabinet member should report to the President with any issues so he can report directly to the Founding Director.
Vice President of FP - The Vice President of the Federal Police is one of the hardest roles to obtain. He/She is there to support the President with his/her daily duties and ensure that they are not overloaded with work. The Vice President will become Acting President if the President takes a Leave of Absence, therefore reporting directly to the Founding Director.
Speaker of FP - The Speaker of the Federal Police is responsible for attending meetings with other Habbo Agencies, this means he/she has a major say in Alliances. The Speaker will report directly to the President unless told otherwise. The Speaker must also maintain a professional standard within the HeadQuarters and should be able to answer any question regarding the Federal Police.
Secretary of Pres. Cab. - The Secretary of the Presidential Cabinet is similar to an Advisor, they are to ensure the Presidential Cabinet is running smoothly and to report any issues to the President regarding the Federal Police.
Trial Presidential - As a Trial Presidential Member, you are to shadow other members of the Cabinet and learn how they work with one another, ensuring you can do their tasks and daily duties if you are needed to take over their role, this could be due to them being on a Leave of Absence.
Ownership (2iC):
Chief Executive Owner - The Chief Executive Owner is responsible for the Ownership Division, they are to host weekly meetings with the Ownership team and makes changes within Ownership duties where needed. The Chief Executive Owner is to report directly to the Advisor to the Cabinet to pass on any messages from Ownership.
Head Owner - The Head Owner is to ensure everything is running smoothly and to assist the Chief Executive Owner where needed. They are to maintain a professional standard within the HeadQuarters and ensure that the communication between the staff is at an acceptable level.
Owner - The Owner is to assist the Head Owner with ensuring that communication is running at a smooth level, they are also to work closely with the iC Divisions and gain any complaints or suggestions in which he/she will report to the Chief Executive Owner during their weekly meeting.
Co-Owner - The Co-Owner is to assist the Owner and work closely with them along with the iC Divisions to gain any complaints or suggestions in which he/she will report back to the Chief Executive Owner. He/she will also take over any other Owner responsibilities when they are busy.
Acting Owner - The Acting Owner will take over the duties of the Owner when the Owner is on a Leave of Absence, until then the Acting Owner is responsible for ensuring that the Legislative Command is up to date with any changes, this will be reported back to the Chief Executive Owner at the end of the week.
Joint Owner - The Joint Owner is responsible for every divison below Legislative Command, they are to gain the complaints and suggestions from the lower divisions and report it to the Chief Executive Owner. The Joint Owner is a key person within the Federal Police.
Trial Owner - The Trial Owners role is to shadow other members of Ownership and learn how the Ownership Team is working. Learning the other Ownership roles will ensure your chances of passing the trial.
