Transfer Policy
Transfer Requirements:
Transferring Process:
Returning Members:
Transfer Policy is under the jurisdiction of Transfer Assembly Minister (3iC) and DoIRS (2iC) for audit with advise from Central Command (iC).

- The member must:
- Be part of an agency with 300+ members.
- Have at least 50 members in Security Badge.
- Have worked at their agency for a minimum of 3 days
- Have a rank equivalent or higher than NCA's Security unit badges
- Not be listed on DnH, BoS or NP.
- Security to Intelligence Branch:
- To request Security and/or Trainer unit badges.
- To complete training with a member of Forensics+ if Security and Trainer.
- Motto: -NCA- (Rank Given) <Transferer’s Tag> (-Transferee’s Tag- required if Trainer)
- Enhanded Operations to a preferred unit:
- To request necessary badges corresponding with rank.
- Refer to Ranking Policy for Unit Limits (Promotion and Demotion/Dismissal)
- To complete training with a member of Cabinet+
- Motto: -NCA- Rank Offered -Transferer’s Tag- -Transferee’s Tag-
- Legislative Command+ transfers can only be conducted by 3iC+ with approval from 1iC+(up to 4iC) and iC (3iC+).
Transferring Process:
- Member of Transfer Team will:
- Check Transferee meets the transfer requirements as listed above.
- Refer to https://www.habbowidgets.com/habinfo to do background checks and see if they are trusted and experienced. (Also to check whether they involved with groups/organisation with motives to harm agencies.)
- Review the Transferee agencies ranks and current rank and compare to the Transfer Chart. (If not listed use your own judgement and notify Chief of Staff)
- If the transfer offer is accepted the transferee is required to remove their previous agencies unit badges.
Returning Members:
- If the member:
- Previously worked at NCA in the past 12 months and aren’t part of another agency, returns are based on 1 division demotion from your last recorded rank.
- Joined another agency for a minimum of 3 months based on unit rank badges joined date, then the return will be classified as a transfer as per transfer requirements above. (Unless has permission from 1iC+ to be reinstated)
